Program 1
Natural Jam Making
Each team makes its own natural jam using fresh, seasonal fruits like apples, cherries, and strawberries, as well as unique local varieties such as rhubarb and gooseberries. The winning team is decided based on the perfect balance of their jam's vibrant color and rich taste.
*Available options: Hands-on fruit picking, eco-friendly upcycling experience (feeding leftover fruits to local horses).

Solar Cooking
Bake unique cookies using a solar oven that harnesses the surprising power of natural sunlight! This eco-friendly program challenges each team to unleash their imagination—which group will bake the most creative and beautifully designed cookies?
*Alternative cooking methods (such as gas stoves) are available depending on weather conditions to ensure a seamless experience.
Program 3
Eco Craft Making
Teams collaborate to create beautiful wooden artworks using natural materials such as branches, twigs, and bark. Each team's creation will be evaluated based on its artistic quality, originality, and the storytelling behind the piece.

Hakkenzan Orchard
This expansive 7-hectare orchard is beautifully located at the foot of Hakkenzan Mountain, just a 40-minute drive from downtown Sapporo. Here, your group can enjoy fresh organic fruits and vegetables, along with a wide range of exciting activities such as fruit picking, fishing, premium BBQ, woodcraft making, and horseback riding. During the winter season, the orchard offers unique indoor and outdoor programs, including an ice carousel, winter sports day, snowman crafting, and drying delicious fruits on a traditional wood stove.
