Keep Sapporo Fresh > Offset Your Carbon
Sustainability in events is one of the pre-requisites. Yet, measuring and managing carbon footprint can be very time-intensive and complicated. (FYI: more than 80% of an event’s emissions come from delegate travel)
To help minimize the environmental impact of our sector, in partnership with Meetings & Events Sapporo Hokkaido (MESH), we developed a carbon offset program that supports forestation and wildlife preservation programs around Hokkaido.
