1.General Incentive Tour Consulting |
 |

| Information necessary to make Sapporo the destination
for your tour (e.g., major tourist spots, accommodations,
meeting facilities) will be provided. In addition, to make
your tour program even more attractive, constantly updated
seasonal tourist information will be provided with a focus
on the time of the tour. After consultation, if you decide
to hold your tour in Sapporo, souvenirs will be presented
to all tour participants upon their arrival in Sapporo (souvenirs
subject to seasonality).

2.Tourist Promotion Material
Offerings |

| Digital media owned by the Sapporo Convention
Bureau library will be provided (or loaned) free of charge
for use in preparation of proposals, brochures and posters
for tours to Sapporo. Official Sapporo Municipal Government
tourism posters may also be provided free of charge, within
limits.

3.Sapporo Tourist Information

Once the decision has been made to conduct
a tour, the official Sapporo tourist guidebook will be provided
free of charge to all tour participants (available in Japanese,
simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Korean, English,
Russian and German). The necessary number of guidebooks can
also be sent in time for any pre-departure briefings or presentations.

4.Introduction of Related
Service Providers |

| We can contact and introduce you to a wide range of excellent
Sapporo-based convention-related service providers in areas
such as accommodations, travel, printing, mass media, souvenir
sales, attractions and more.
|
| As an added bonus, for tours that we support
from the initial stage, a welcome ceremony can be arranged
at either the airport or hotel at the request of the client.
Please be advised, however, that the content and time required
for the ceremony may vary according to the tour.
